Adopting some advice

I’m reading an interesting article in the January 2012 (yes, it’s still only November 2011!) issue of Golf World about thought processes.

Glad to report I’m mostly in line with the recommendations but here are two things I’m going to try to adopt:

1. After each round write down the three best shots I played. This promotes a positive view of one’s game.
2. A similar idea, ask three questions after each round:
– What was good today?
– What could be better today?
– How can I be better?

Then use these answers to set short term goals around how to improve in these areas.

Simples!

You have been neglecting your blog lately. So what positives did you record for the round of 104?
