VENUE: Beckenham Place Park
ACTIVITY: Practice

About 70 balls, off grass, 20 with my SW, the rest with my 7 iron, in light drizzle.

Some good shots, about 10 bad ones, the rest were OK, but the majority are tending to the right. They’re not slicing or fading, they just start right and stay right. not by a lot, but enough to irk me.

I am irked. Not greatly. But still irked.

Still, it was a nice way to end a pretty crappy week at work.

Getting irked at a relatively minor flaw shows how far you have come with your game. Think back to when you started. Those “slightly right” iron shots would have looked nearly perfect. Keep at it and soon you will be grumbling about only hitting your drives 200 yards.

You’re right, thanks BK. Love your always optimistic outlook. And thanks for dipping in now and again! 🙂

If only I could find more time to play.
